Cedar Park Renovation and Addition
A small two-story twin on a charming street in Cedar Park was enlarged and modernized. Vacant for several years prior to the start of this project, the house needed updated utilities, a new kitchen, and some structural repairs. Originally planned for one of the owner’s adult children, the owner also wanted to enlarge the house to be more comfortable for a family, and so the decision was made to add a third floor, something many other houses on the block have done. The addition of the third floor gives the house three bedrooms, two full bathrooms on the upper floors, a second floor play/homework area, a half bath on the first floor, and a modernized kitchen open to the main first floor living space.
