A lovely carriage house in an historic residential neighborhood, this private residence had been converted to living space and artists’ studios in 2008.

New owners wanted to create bedrooms and a bathroom for their three children, along with a music room and garden for entertaining and family use.  Custom millwork, an energy-tight enclosure, and contemporary finishes create a comfortable living environment in this former garage/studio space.
